Easy!

I'm impressed with Blogger's ease of set up. Not too many intrusive questions and up and running straight away. I notice that the sub-domain setup is not instant (i.e. seeby.blogger.com doesn't work for a while), so this might be a bit of an issue for users who can't guess that it takes a little time to start working, but otherwise very good. I notice that blogger is owned by Google - I wonder if Google developed it, or whether they are now just buying up small innovative companies like everyone else...
